社会实践与工作经历主要是看人才的实践经验能力，在很多职位的招聘上所需要都是有一定工资经验者。众所周知的在求职中有丰富经验的人，优势更大。不过，社会实践与工作经历也不仅仅是在工作中所获得。求职者需要先了解其所包含的内容，尤其是应届毕业生更需要知道。
