目前，我国桥梁建设取得了举世瞩目的发展成就，新一轮跨江、跨海桥梁建设高潮正在展开。在现代化交通运输业大发展的背景下，国际间的交流与合作不断增强，为促进我国桥梁事业与国际接轨，为桥梁专业人士提供一个国际交流的平台，特组织桥梁建设、管理人员赴日本、韩国参与学术交流与考察。现将有关具体通知如下：

三、活动内容
1、考察日本、韩国具有代表性的桥梁。2、与日本长大公司等相关桥梁企业进行学术交流。3、参加分会讨论。(具体安排和行程表详见行前通知)4、与日本东京湾临海大桥设计与施工单位进行现场交流。
四、参加人员：
各省(市、自治区)及地方公路、铁路、城建、市政等系统的桥梁科研单位、设计单位、施工单位、监理公司、养护公司、质量监督站等单位的高层管理人员及工程技术人员;土木类院校相关专业的教育工作者。
五、具体出境安排
1、出境时间：拟于20xx年4月初2、考察地点：日本、韩国3、拟考察时间：10天
六、报名方式
秘书处将于统一时间内办理出境考察的相关手续，因两国签证办理所需流程复杂，如果确定参加考察，请尽快与秘书处电话联系报名，填写报名人员的考察情况表并邮件回复，于20xx年3月5日之前将其余另行通知的报名所需资料准备齐全，邮寄给秘书处统一送签。
