温馨提示:职场如何和领导相处?
一、积极沟通,与上司相互理解
如今越来越多的90后开始步入职场,这些职场新人大部分都是独生子女,大多习惯于以自我为中心并缺乏与他人沟通的思维和技巧。其实对于大多数新人来说首先应该学会恰当处理与上司的关系,取得上司的好感和赏识帮助,这样会更有利于自己做好工作,并取得进步。
具体来说,首先应该服从上司的指示,不要有逆反心理。下级服从上级是起码的组织原则,如果对于领导的决策有意见,应该积极沟通,相互理解。其次,要熟悉上司的心理特征,了解他为人处事的风格。上司也是人,都有七情六欲,只有心理上互相熟悉才能减少互相之间的摩擦事件和冲突,更有利于进行沟通。最后,要敢于弥补上司的失误,而不仅仅是用语言互相指责。领导难免会有出错的时候,这时候既不能因为害怕上司不高兴就对错误视而不见,也要尽量少用“逆耳忠言”,避免让领导下不来台,最好的做法应该是积极帮领导弥补,时间一长自然会赢得领导的信任。
二、抛弃偏见,与上司无障碍沟通
现实中有很多人会下意识地把自己和领导对立起来,认为领导处在自己的对立面,一方面不愿意主动与领导沟通和交往,另一方面还会认为那些与领导关系好的人都是些“溜须拍马”之人,与领导搞好关系是“潜规则”、“有内幕”。其实这很多时候都是自己的臆想而已,套用一句哲人说的话就是“你眼中看到的,其实是你心里以为的”,正是因为你主观上的偏见,才让自己不愿意与上司交往,甚至对领导莫名其妙的抵触,继而影响到自己的工作和发展。可你有没有想过,你的上司当年也许就是和你一样出身寒门、依靠自己点点滴滴的汗水和拼搏才赢得今天成绩的读书人?如果他不是你上司的话,你会不会因为他的个人阅历而愿意与他交往呢?
