1.假设型提问
例:如果让你来当我们公司的总经理,首先你会做几件事?
分
析:这都是假设性的情况,目的是考察应试者的想象能力,原创能力,解决或处理突发情况的能力。当然大前提也是你要在面试之前对公司有足够的了解,这样才能根据公司的现有情况来进行临场发挥。
出招:面对这种问题,切忌长时间的沉默,但也不要不经考虑急于回答。要对问题的关键部分进行详细分析,提出切实可行的解决方法。当然也不要做长篇大论。
2.控制型提问
例:你认为我们的改革怎么样?
分析:面试官对这个问题答案有一定的倾向性,他希望能得到符合他的心意的回答。
出招:你可以顺水推舟,给面试官一个较为满意的回答,但若你对这家公司的改革确实有意见,而且有特殊的理由,倒也可以谈出自己的看法,令面试官觉得耳目一新,出奇制胜。
3.否定型提问
例:我们要求的都要是英语过六级的,你只过了四级,恐怕不符合我们的要求吧?
分析:这其实是面试官故意为之,目的是通过指出应试者的薄弱之处,使其陷入一种困境,考察在这种极端情况下,应试者的心理承受能力。
出招:切记拂袖而去,这样只能反映出自己没有修养。只要你相信自己行,你就行。表达出这种自信,努力扭转颓势。
4.连珠型提问
例:你喜欢读书吗?业余时间都读什么书?经济类的书读得多吗?哪一种管理理论你较为欣赏?
分析:面试官力图通过这一系列的问题,深入了解应试者某一方面的情况。
出招:你一定要按顺序回答问题,也不一定每一个问题都回答,在表述中尽量表现出自己的个性及优点。
