有人认为,面试的时候,最好把薪水这件事情说说清楚,如果大家期望值不匹配,那也省得彼此再多浪费时间。但是,电面的情况有点特殊,首先你们互相都没有见到对方,了解不够直观,其次,电话里交谈的内容通常都是一些基础问题,不会过于深入,因此,在这种状况下,贸贸然就谈到薪酬,多少有点不妥。
