1. 消极负面

3. 缺乏準备
应徵者最大的错误之一,就是準备不充分。好的应徵者,重视自己的职涯前景,所以也会努力预作準备。这样的人绝不会稍稍浏览了公司的网站,就以为自己很瞭解这家公司。重要的是,有没有研究过公司的文化,以及公司目前面临的挑战。不同的人重视的事情自然不同,但只要準备充分,你所提出的问题就能展现你的用心与关切,证明你确实重视这次面谈。瞭解问题的答案,也能避免不慎投入不适合的工作或职场。
4. 用「我们」代替「我」
应徵者常犯的错误之一,就是在谈论过往成功经验的时候,不说「我们」做的,却说是「我自己」做的。有些比较敏锐的面试官,可能会因此认定,应徵者有独自邀功或单打独斗的倾向,但明明许多专案或客户都需要团队分工集体合作才能圆满。
最重要的关键,在于强调自己过往的成就,同时诚实地说出自己在成功的专案裡扮演过什么角色。
5. 别太有个性
在现今的市场中,通过最后名单筛选的人才,绝对都是有资格从事这个职务的人选,至于赢家与输家的差异点,莫过于一个人的个性与人际沟通能力。换句话说,不管是无意识或有意识的,在你在踏入面试场所的那一刻,就已经开始接受评估了。如果你没有办法让接待人员、为你泡咖啡的人以及面试官感受到亲切、友善、真诚,雀屏中选的机会只怕也不大。真正关注你可能共事的人、业务与公司文化,绝对是面谈时必要的表现。
